this is great, the first new one ive had from these guys in awhile, really modern and bright for a hazy beer, i was super impressed with this, a great hop profile, very distinctive, nice with fresh mexican flavors and seafood, and something ill be going back to for sure. apparently this isnt always hazy? at least according to other pictures of it online, but my can was, more than just unfiltered looking, but not sloppy at all and certainly not heavy to drink, super dense half inch plus of rich white lather on top too, great retention and lace, a really pretty beer even if it looks like its clear sometimes too, not sure why it would be inconsistent, but nothing seemed old or off about this, not at all, even though the can dated from july, its drinking just fine right now, a mark of packaging quality perhaps. it smells like there is mosaic in this, but its also quite a bit more complex than that, key lime juice and zest, pungent citrus overall really, white grapefruit, mandarin oranges too, lemongrass and pineapple candy, herbal and fresh to me, light and uplifting even, simple on the grain side, lightly starchy, earthy, bready, out of the way, some sweetness to my nose, green grapes, very summery. the flavor is great, a lot of the same hoppy fruit notes, white wine, jasmine, green papaya, fresh lemon, absolutely delicious with this basic grain layer underneath and super clean fermentation. i like it being both juicy up front and a little bit bitter later on, i like how airy and easy it feels, and i think overall it hits the bondi beach vibe pretty well. id love to try this when its clear, but i like how my can drank a whole lot too. just distinct enough on the hop side to really stand out, very thiol forward and new school to me, but not crazy exotic with varietals, just dialed dosing and technique. lovely beer overall, could drink this all night long!

Pours into a glass with a huge foamy head and lot of lacing clinging to the glass. There is big flavor here with lot of body and big flavors of peach, wood, mango and apricot through out the consumption. Your tongue notices the low acid bite and slight tartness to the brew. I did not notice the usual citrus flavor usually associated with Citra and Mosaic hops. The finish is clean.
i really like it and recommend it as a good every day beer choice.

When old and new get together, they do it at the beach. Bright, radiant and built for crispness, Sunriver Brewing not only wants to deliver on hop flavor but they want to also do it with a brisk and refreshing backbone.
Bondi Beach Party IPA kicks off with a glowing golden amber pour before billowing to the brim with a foamy white cap. As its radiant perfume entices the senses with citrus, tropical, berry and fructose, a fruity and sweet perfume emits. Sweet once on the tongue, a malt impact of honey, caramel and light graham cracker provides a base sweetness to support the growing hops.
Blossoming on the middle palate are the collection of Citra, Strata, Mosaic and Nugget hops and their fruity juiciness starting with tangerine and mango before trending more candied with berry and passionfruit. Yet tightening its bitter grip, the late taste trends sprucy with fresh grasses, peppery tea and soft hemp.
Medium bodied and trending dry, the beer finishes quite brisk, refrshing and crisp despite such an upfront fruity taste. Sunriver shows what hoppy beer can be, if its not hazy.

Nice color, great nose and even better taste. Very citrus on nose and taste. Superb bitterness across the entire palate. This beer is well constructed.

$6.00
Pours a nice deep golden colour with a lovely thick frothy head. leaves nice lace.
Aroma is mainly lemons, orange a bit of white grape and an undertone of spruce.
Taste similar, very balanced yet still hoppy.
Mouth feel is very good. One of those frothy IPAs in feel that you can drink very quickly in hot days.
Dangerous even.
A really nice addition to Sunriver's growing catalogue of IPAs.

Pours a clear pale gold with a finger and a half of foamy head that settles to a thin cap with ample lacing. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste follows nose. Crisp and clean.
