This beer has a BOD of 5-1-2023. It pours a yellowish/amber with a decent amount of head that dissipates slowly to moderate lacing. The aroma is lemon with a hint of grapefruit. It has a nice creamy mouthfeel and medium body. The hop palate is good with carbonatation enhancing it. Very enjoyable. Rated 10-5-2023

At the first sip its clear that this is a well made beer showing a flavor mix of melon rind, grape skin and pine flavor. The hops used gives the beer a unique taste that’s hard to describe as tasting like a particular fruit or vegetable. The reason can be traced to the unusual hops used which are Sultana, El Dorado and Tulus. It’s an easy every day type of beer and I liked it and recommend it.

Look: Light to medium orange and nearly clear and my pour brings on a foamy white head that swells and rapidly settles to a film, leaving good lacing behind
Aroma: Navel orange, pineapple, light peach, wafts of coconut flesh, raspberries, mandarins, and sweet bready malt
Taste: Kicks off with a little hit of orange and mandarins and immediately followed by a pineapple and coconut combo reminiscent of pina colada. Berries – both strawberries and raspberries – along with peaches shine in the middle before bread and citrus return to close it out
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and somewhat soft on the finish with zero dryness
Overall: This is some tasty stuff. This beer comes across like it was described – as a hybrid West Coast/New England IPA, as it is full of hoppy aromas/flavors usually found in the NE-style ones but is clean tasting/feeling and fairly clear in its look. An interesting twist with what I assume is Sabro hops too with the pina colada note and overall a unique profile as well. Well-made, delicious, and another winner from these folks

Pours a clear golden yellow with a finger and a half of rocky head that slowly settles to a thin cap with plenty of lacing. Aroma of citrus. Taste follows nose. Clean and well carbonated.
