Wood Series: Rum Ball Imperial Porter

This unique beer was designed to emulate the flavor of the beloved confectionary delight – Rum Balls. We began with a big imperial porter as a base beer and then aged it in Jamaican rum barrels for 12 months. The beer was then blended with crushed pecans, vanilla bean, cacao nibs, and characterful assortment of holiday themed spices.
