Look: Pours a cloudy, bright orange with a nice-looking but short-lived head that ends as a film, leaving spotty lacing behind
Aroma: Lemon Drop candy, Cara cara orange, honeydew melon, white table grapes, skunky and fruity Cannabis, gooseberries, kiwi, raspberry, and bready malt
Taste: Opens up with diesel-infused citrus that comes on strong, unpacks, and develops depth as waves of both melon and grapes trickle in behind. Kiwi, Cannabis, and berries are center stage for the middle before citrus, melon, and grapes return to close it out, along with a nice bite. The malt bill is light here and lets the hops shine throughout
Mouthfeel: Full, clean, medium-high carbonation, and clean on the finish with a kiss of dryness
Overall: I’m really digging this one. I love any and everything hoppy these folks crank out, including their hazies, so took a blind leap buying this as I knew nothing about it and was pleasantly surprised at how dang good it is. A tasty Chinook/Nelson Sauvin/Strata blend that brings the usual cast of characters and in all the right ways and in balance. A tasty treat of an IPA and one I’d recommend and will be buying more of

Sunriver Brewery – Cross Water IPA
Pours golden color with a taste of grapefruit , sweet melon and pink lemonade. This is a good IPA with a well balanced flavor and a unique blend of hops using Eldorado, Nelson Sauvin, Strata, and experimental HBC-586. This is well balanced beer and would recommend it .
