This single hopped Hazy IPA has a focus on Yakima-grown Azacca hops from Roy Farms. Azacca (formerly ADHA #483) is a high alpha variety and comes from a complex lineage of other hops including Northern Brewer and Summit. An excellent choice for single hopped beers, Azacca brings bright, refreshing aromas of juicy mango, tropical fruits, and citrus.

Sunriver Brewery – Azacca Haze – Hazy IPA.
I bought at brewery in Sunriver. It pours with a huge head and lots of lacing that coats the glass.
The beer is made from only Azacca hops . The taste is of citrus, star fruit, pineapple , grape skins melon rind, pine needles and mango. Brew has a clean finish with low acid bite. I love it and recommend it highly.
