Look: Pours a dull, medium-dark orange and a white head quickly blossoms and settles quickly to a lid, leaving spotty lacing behind

Aroma: Pink grapefruit, ripe white table grapes, passionfruit, some pine, piney and diesel-led Cannabis, musty orange, gooseberries, and sweet bready malt

Taste: Opens up with a huge punch of grapes and some musty orange that develop depth and are quickly followed by waves of grapefruit and resinous pine sap. Dank comes a’knockin in the middle with layers of gassy and pine-led flavors that swirl to encompass the initial hit of grapes/pine/citrus before blending with it and passionfruit and gooseberries peek in until it closes with a big bite and some ethanol

Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and dry on the finish

Overall: This is some good stuff. These folks brew a lot of hoppy offerings that always hit my palate nicely and this is no different as it’s a big IIPA that has an old-school feel to it, which I dig. Big time citrus, pine, grape, and dank are the frontmen with some tropical fruit and berries in the supporting role, all atop a nice malt backbone and that killer WCDIPA big bite and dry finish. Tasty and recommended. Thanks Dad!

The first smell is of hops and alcohol showing a low head and golden color. Taste is a resinous punch of apricot, pineapple, mosaic, strata and nelson hop tastes that blends big hop flavor with alcohol heat. If you like big beers and alcohol level does not bother you then this is your beer.
