We applied science to this India Pale Ale with a combination of CO2 hop extract, hop pellets and Cryo hops. This tasty brew lands on the dank side with pungent notes of damp evergreen, wafting cannabis, and peppered tangerine.

Pours a clear gold body. Small bubbly white head.
Aromas if citrus,spruce and floral. A mix.
Taste mostly pine and citrus.
Very nice mouth feel, dangerously easy to drink.

Look: Pours an opaque copper and quickly, a beefy white head engulfs the beer and settles to a pillow, leaving webs of lacing behind
Aroma: Pine sap, grapefruit, wet fir trees, fruit and diesel-heavy Cannabis, light onion, wafts of mango, and bready malt
Taste: Opens up with a slew of pithy grapefruit in all colors and some light onion before being joined, albeit, interrupted by a resinous combo of pine and fir. The middle is all dank with plenty of diesel fuel and sharp citrusy Cannabis that parades about, along with a little mango. Closes with grapefruit, pine, and a big, bold bite
Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, clean, medium-high carbonation, and dry on the finish
Overall: This here is a good one. These folks’ hoppy offerings continue to impress and always drink like they were tailor made for my palate with how up my alley they are, and this one is no different. A tasty combo of grapefruit, dank, and conifer that pair nicely but balanced with good malt support and with a nice and noticeable bite, plus finishing drier than many WCIPAs. I love it and keep ‘em coming SR

SUNRIVER BREWERY – APPLIED SCIENCE IPA - A FRESH HOP CITRA 7% abv
This is a fresh hop brew made from wet Citra Hops. The taste is very citrus with tastes of melon, apricot skin and brook plum with a low acid bite. The balance between citrus and hop acid is great as only Sunriver can do. In my opinion only Sunriver and Fort George can make all their beers at an excellent level with no poor beers ever. This was bought at the brewery in Sunriver and I highly recommend.
