Sometimes it’s better to just keep your mouth shut and mumble to yourself. Just don’t try that if you’re trying to drink this amazing Hazy IPA.
Brewed with a blend or tried and true T90 hop pellets (Citra, Eldorado), flowable hop products (Citra Dynaboost, Eldorado Quantum extract) and a big hit of experimental HBC 1019 Lupomax hops. The Citra and Eldo throw some familiar flavors of candied grapefruit and watermelon gummies, but it’s with the 1019 that things get weird, like good weird. The HBC 1019 delivers the strange with notes of coconut, Valencia oranges, caramelized bananas, peaches and honeydew. Lots of hop character here. That’s a lot to take in, but you know what, it works.

SUNRIVER BREWERY – MUMBLING TO MY SELF HAZY IPA 6.8 abv
I had this beer at the west side tap house in Salem. The brew has a mild citrus flavor with water melon rind and apricot flavors as well. The beer is an easy drinking well made brew I really liked and recommend.
