Clear golden amber brew with adequate foam in the Kasteel chalice. Pleasantly spritzy on the tongue with a lively mouthfeel. Aromatic with citrus, apricot, and a whiff of pine. Some papaya flavor and then grapefruit peel and plenty of it. Quite sharp and borderline acidic. Aftertaste is distinctly bitter. Overall this is a robust and overly -hopped IPA but that fruity taste is memorable. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge & Tunnel in Astoria. Dated 6/23/25.

This is a collaboration between Sunriver ,alesong Brewery and Grand Fir Brewery. This is a well balanced beer simular to the fort george collaborations but not as sweet. I had this at the Sunriver Brewerys Brewery complex . There is a citrus mix of citrus, radish, unripe pineapple and grapefruit. I love it and brought some to share with my son. Try it you can.

Look: Bright yellow and clear with a sudsy white head that quickly builds and slowly recedes to a lid, leaving nice lacing behind

Aroma: Mango, fruity Cannabis, melon, papaya, mandarins, pink grapefruit, swelteringly hot pine forest, cara cara orange, and bready malt

Taste: Oh yeah. Resinous pine kicks it off with an almost tongue-coating feel of piney goodness and quickly, a barrage of citrus fruit follows suit. Pithy grapefruit and juicy, slightly sweet orange and mandarin are in play and as those unpack, Cannabis, mango, and papaya come to play while melon dances in the background. Closes with pine, citrus, mango, dank, and a big bite

Mouthfeel: Full, lightly slick, medium-high carbonation, and dry on the finish

Overall: This is outstanding stuff. A surprise treat from my dad while on vacation recently and I figured with the three breweries involved, it had to be good and to nobody’s surprise, is. A tasty blend of flavors involved and a great nose and feel that all help round this puppy out and definitely make it a winner. Recommended
