This modern pale ale is lean, mean, and precise, stomping on traditions, and blazing a new trail. A skinny malt bill of Idaho-grown pale and pilsner malts creates a clean, lightly sweet base for a blend of PNW and New Zealand hops. Mosaic, Strata, and Krush hops deliver reliably tropical notes, while the Nelson Cryo hits with supporting diesel, berry, and pineapple character.

This a new beer I found at the Sunriver store. It’s a mild citrussy brew that tasty but easy to drink. The taste is a mix of Pineapple, grapefruit and a little apple. It’s made with Citra, Strata, Krush Cyro and Mosaic hops which give the beer its citrus flavor. I think it’s a well-balanced beer that any IPA would love.
