Pint can reads 6.8 ABV.
Contrary to other reviews of this brew, i found this beer to be hop/malt balanced with a subtle hop bitterness and a pleasant malt presence. There is an ‘earthy’ quality to the hop/malt balance that is uncommon to “west coast” IPAs. Might not appeal to a wide audience, but I dig it.
I really enjoyed it on a warm spring day.

This is a big hoppy IPA which is a bit tart with a chewy ruby grapefruit and berry jam taste. If you enjoy the traditional North West style IPA you will love this brew as it is a big hop hit which is done very well but be prepared for the flavor. The beer is very smooth and refreshing. Some may find it old school but its good. The hops are the regulars of Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic and Summit. With the Summit hops adding a new flavor to the usual IPA mix.
