Nice and light, great tasting beer sampled on tap in nitro form at Gravel Bottom Brewery. Looks nice, deep dark rich brown color with mild white head and sheets of lingering lacing. Smells of light mocha chocolate and coffee, vanilla, caramel, toast, roasted nuttiness and malt. Taste follows the nose, good balance and lightness and flavors. Smooth, mild mouthfeel and perfect amount of carbonation. Works even better with sweet dessert than savory food, but good either way. Really well crafted!
