Most excellent new IPA tried on tap at Gravel Bottom Brewery. Looks great, clear golden color with a little white head and rings of spotty lingering lacing. Smells of nice tropical fruity hops - grapefruit, pineapple, papaya, guava, lemon and orange. Also some malt, creamy vanilla, bread and floral hops at the end. Taste follows the nose, with very good balance between the bitter hops and sweeter malt backbone. Nice and smooth, crisp clean mouthfeel with good carbonation. A very enjoyable beer, well crafted.
