Poured warm straw color with very active carbonation and a 1” off white head.
The aroma was faint for me (chemically damaged nose) but grassy something and crackers seemed to come through.
The taste followed, really good combination of the noble hops and German malts. Crackers abound in a grassy, herbal base that is amazingly refreshing.
The feel, with it’s very active carbonation, seems ideal. I’d rate it higher but I don’t know what perfection is for this style.
OA, it’s so good I had to get a second pint.
