Appearance: Delivered a medium brown body with a dusty, off-white head.

Smell: A pleasing nose of ambient malt notes smelling of brown sugar, toasted bread, cracked grain, with touches of fruit and hop accents.

Taste: Dark toasted breadcrusts given a thoughtful pinch of brown sugar and a few pops of rock candy sweetness. Esters akin to golden raisins. Lightly floral, herbal hops and imparted bitterness. Slightly grainy, toasty, drying finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.

Overall: A rather decent brown ale and one of their better beers thus far.
