Comes out of the tap a rich, warm sable with a fairly thick golden tan head. Roast malt and coffee aroma has a strong bourbon overtone plus nutty and pumpkin hints. Flavor has a fierce, thought not vicious, bourbon bite, while mocha, nutty, earthy and subtle pumpkin notes sneak through. Texture is firm and smooth, if none too tingly, but you feel the bourbon going down. Grab a crater now.
