This is an Imperial Stout with chocolate and toasted coconut that has been aged 8 months on Ghana cocoa nibs in Bella Meade bourbon barrels.
On cask at the 2017 ACAF.
Essentially black body with virtually no head but lovely ruby edges.
Very rich and complex flavor with notes of dried cherries, chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar, brown bread. Boozy aroma. Full, smooth body.
