Dark gold pour from a 12oz can. Virtually no aroma and underwhelming taste. Not as bitter as expected. Not at all complex. Good amount of carbonation though. Tastes like a cheap IPA. Forgot to check the date on the can, maybe I got an old one based on the other reviews here.

I love DIPA's, and as an Atlantan proud of our brew scene the past 5 or so years. Wild Leap raised the bar on hazy DIPA's, and the Cherry Street Boys lept over it with this one. Simply superb in my opinion - as good as a hazy DIPA as I've had this side of Variant. Buy it - if you don't like it send it to me!

Had this Beer at a Beer Garden in Macon Ga. First of all, outstanding Beer! Had a ton of character. Looks don't matter, I drank it straight from the can. The most distinctive feature of this beer was its aromatic quality. Dry hopping gave this Beer a beautiful botanical and fruity soul. Aroma was like many other IPAs, Guava, Grapefruit. Citrusy and earthy. pleasant. Taste was awesome. Rich Tropical fruit as you take in a sip, Sweet that graduates to a nice botanical almost medicinal bitterness. nice and hoppy, without crushing your taste buds. The Hop character can best be described as complex. There was a lot going on with this Beer. This beer is new school Ipa. Modern IPAs seem to me to be more like a fruit shake, this one plays to that tune very well. The feel is Medium to heavy, That's right up my alley. Overall, very good, Modern IPA, contemporary, leans toward the fruity side with complex Hops that you take in at the nose, Effectively dry hopped unlike many others I had.

L - 2-finger offwhite head atop a dirty yellow body.

S - herb, sweet orange, grapefruit.

T - bright citrus, sweet orange, followed by huge vegetal hops. Cabbage, turnip, dirt, crusty brown bread, all soaked in alcohol. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. Moderate booziness.

F - medium body and carb.

O - love the initial taste, but vegetal city after that.

Poured into a pint glass. Canned 22 days ago.
Look: a hazy bright golden color with a medium sized white head. Good staying power.
Aroma: a jolt of tropical fruit straight from the can. A whiff brought a mix of berries and pine resin. Medium in intensity.
Taste: a mix of oranges, berries, mango, and pine. The flavors really played well together. Dry bready malt backbone that stayed out of the way. A slight alcohol sweetness and warmth on the finish.
Feel: prickly carbonation and medium-bodied. Not as light as the top NEIPAs.
Overall: outstanding. Definitely recommended. Thanks JBowen Georgia!
