Black in color with no penetration to light. There's a fingernail of brown around the rim with just a faint wisp of it in the middle. The aroma is of apple brandy, bourbon, port, and tequila to varying degrees. I'm tasting bourbon, dark roasted barley, port, and red wine. The mouth is warm with alcohol, sticky, and chewy.

500mL bottle from Sprayberry Bottle Shop (Marietta, GA). 17.99. Bottled 12/6/17. Served in a Barrel and Barley teku. Enjoyed 1/4/18.
Pours oil black with about a finger and a half cap of khaki froth. The head gradually fades nearly completely, with neither retention nor lace.
The aroma is filled with essence of wet barrel. Port and tequila seem to pop out. Notes of chocolate, vanilla, cooked sugar, wine and a little bourbon.
Rich flavors of dark chocolate fudge, wet barrel, vinous wine, faint bourbon, burnt caramel, fruit skin, roasty malt, lightly candied dark fruit, hints of char, port, faint agave, vanilla, some vague earth character and a fairly forward kiss of alcohol.
Creamy medium full feel with lush carbonation. The lingering, bittersweet aftertaste still embraces tons of barrel with near-burnt fudge, roast and a blend of spirits.
Happy 5th anniversary to Cherry Street. They have been consistently great across several styles that I’ve tried by them. Their O.A.S.I.S. Anniversary Blend is no exception, taking barrel aged imperial stout to a whole new level with its mixture of five barrel aged components, aged for various lengths. This is a fantastic beer to take your time with in order to enjoy the incredible depth of flavor.
