4-Pack of 16 ounce cans - $13.99 at Charlie's Beer & Wine in Marietta, Georgia.
CANNED ON 01/21/19.
Appearance: Pours a hazed, amber-tan body with an inch of steadily settling, off-white foam. Thin sheets of lacing on the descent.
Smell: Toasted breadcrusts, cooked grains glazed in a one-two combo of caramel and toffee. Slight, faint hint of raw, coarsely-chopped nuts. Fragrant resinous pine, grapefruit, bitter orange with some punchy peppery alcohol hints.
Taste: Firmly toasted bread and barley. Caramel, toffee sweetness both softens and enriches, as does a cushioned touch of wheat. Citrusy, floral hops with a big burst of resiny pine, turning a bit spicy, peppery as it conjoins the relatively robust alcohol. Flavors turn simply to tastes of toast, of caramel, of pine and of citrus on the drying, spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied, bordering on medium-plus. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Reminiscent of a now bygone era, what with most, if not all IPA's and pale ales near nil in bitterness and housing more tropical varieties, as well as a malt bill housing some toastier more caramel-minded malts.

16oz can from Sprayberry Bottle Shop (Marietta, GA). 14.99/ 4 pack. Canned 1/21/19. Served in a Cherry Street snifter. Enjoyed 2/1/19.
Pours an almost fully opaque chestnut with a few fingers of pale ecrue head. The initial rocky foam gradually fades to a small central island, foamy collar and some significant sheets of lacing.
Aromas of pine, earthy citrus peel, mild green onion and some cracker.
Tastes quite bitter. Pine, pepper, grass, old citrus peel, green onion, mint, rye, earth and stale cracker. The heavy spice character on top of the bitter hops leads me to believe there is some rye in the grain bill.
Slick medium body with moderate carbonation. Piney, peppery lingering bitter aftertaste.
On My Mind brings together several Georgia brewpubs for a classically bitter IPA collaboration.
