From a cask at the January 2019 Atlanta Cask Ale Tasting (ACAT). Certainly one of the best of over 50 brews at this event.
Dark reddish brown body. Opaque with a durable bubbly tan head.
Very appealing aroma dominated by coffee and brown bread.
More richness and complexity in the flavor which is also stronger than the aroma suggests. Excellent, relatively neutral, bitter-sweet balance.
