We brewed an over the top double IPA bursting with hops in our typical manner. Mosaic, El Dorado, Azacca, and Centennial packs a punch. Expect a rush upfront filled with citrus and juice with a kiss of grapefruit and pine on the end. Each of these hops have a pleasant noticeable characteristic showcased.

Poured from a can.
Pours a nice hazy golden color with white head.
Smells of sweet tropical fruits, passion fruit and pineapple.
Tropical fruit flavors wash on to the pallet. Less forcefully than the nose would make you think. Tropic fruit flavors first land on the tongue then give way to a hint of citrus and a nice subtle hop bite.
Feels full and juicy in the mouth with a nice effervescence.
This is a tasty beer.
