Appearance: Dark brown with garnet tint, nice tan head with good retention.
Aroma: Toasty malt, bready. No hops.
Taste: Sweet and malty; but not cloying. Mild roasted malt and toffee flavors.
Mouth feel: medium bodied, moderately carbonated. Smooth.
Overall: Solid Dunkels Bock. One of the breweries better beers. Flavorful, but no heavy and just right on ABV. Need to keep this one year around. Well crafted.
