Had Sa' Bro poured from pint can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on "02/27/22," into nonic pint.
Pours bright light-gold with clarity initially, then sediment clouds it up when can dumped, with a huge, creamy off-white head, with great retention, leaving first thick rings then etched lace down the glass. Melon and mild malt aromas off pour, then creamy coconut, sweet and sharp stone fruit, some tropical funk and pineapple, hop resin and berries. Begins sweet, creamy and very juicy, shaking out into a little tart stone fruit and a lot of pineapple, before some moderate hop resin sets in, and then is joined by some bright fruit, before a mildly bitter, crisp finish.
Feels a bit gimmicky, with all of Sabro's bells and whistles on full display, and more like an APA than a fully-loaded IPA, but what a single-hop ride!

Can poured in snifter Dec 2019
Collab between Cherry St and Georgia's least known (and best) brewery Two Tides...
Super juicy, with some subtle garlic/weedy. I'd suggest drinking this one as fresh as possible.

16oz can from Hop City Box Car (Atlanta, GA). 15.99/ 4 pack. Canned 12/9/19. Served in a Cherry Street snifter. Enjoyed 12/13/19.
Pours a soft pale yellow, opaque with plenty of frothy white head.
Smells vibrant. Pineapple, citrus, slight pine, cake and a hint of coconut.
The flavors lean towards tropical hops. There is a good bit of zesty citrus with hints of pineapple, melon and some vague but enjoyable coconut. This goes down quite easily for the 9.0% abv.
Smooth, medium body with supple carbonation. The mildly bitter finish lingers on the palate with notes of mandarins, pineapple and coconut.
I haven’t heard of Two Tides before but Cherry Street has become one of my preferred local breweries for hops. Sa’ Bro does not at all disappoint. There is a bit of piña colada flavor that I found delicious, making me want to find more Sabro-hopped IPAs for further investigation.
