Appearance: Brilliant, clear gold. Frothy white head with good retention.
Aroma: Floral and grainy
Flavor & Aftertaste: Grainy flavor, semi-dry, restrained bitterness, clean profile, short finish.
Mouth-feel: Medium bodied, crisp & snappy.
Overall: Cherry Street describes this as a German Golden Ale; but keep in mind this is actually brewing in the Kolsch tradition. This is a wonderful drinking beer. Looks beautiful in a tall glass. Clean and crisp, it goes down very easy. They released it in mid February; but it should be a summer release because it is very refreshing. Well crafted.
