Appearance: cloudy, amber. White head, good retention.
Aroma: Grainy, not much on typical Weissebier aroma
Flavor & Aftertaste: Same on flavor, not much Dunkelweisse malt character. Dry. Too bitter.
Mouth feel: light bodied. Dry . Crisp bitter finish
Overall: Very disappointed in this one. Cherry Street normally does a great job with their beers. This one is all out of spec for Dunkelweisse. None of the expected banana or bubble gum aromas & flavors. Not much malt character. Too bitter for Weissebier. I hate giving bad reviews. Brewers work to hard, but this one...I would not order again.
