This is a very good triple IPA. Right balance of hop bitterness and alcohol sweetness. It is a tad hazy, but a lovely golden color. I can't speak for the cashmere and Simcoe hops, but you definitely get the bite of the galaxy up front and the smoothness of the mosaic in the finish. Bought a 4-pack at the Chattanooga Cherry Street location in April 2022 and I'm enjoying the last one. Might be my favorite IPA of any style. Just. Damn. Good. Reason enough to try to get it shipped or venture back down to Chattanooga when it is available again.

Looks:Poured in to a pint glass. Hazy yellow orange color a nice white frothy head that dissipated fairly quick to a ring around the edge with random clumps of froth in the middle and clinging up the sides of the glass.
Smell and Taste: Tangerine is dominant but lacks the high acidic twang that most of the citrus brews that I have tried have. Somewhat sweet with a faint bitter aftertaste with a lingering tangerine. Not boozy for a 10% ABV.
Feel: EXCITING!, Refreshing, and warm going down. The citrus gives a little tingle on there tongue.
Overall: I don't normally drink citrus brews but when I do, this will be one I look for. Quite a pleasant surprise.

Crowler from Variant Feb 2021 - beer is a collab between Cherry Street and Variant.
Hands down one of the best, if not the best, 3xIPA I’ve ever had.
