What is more Tried and True than a Big, Double West Coast IPA?! This particular brew features Trident Hops from Hopsteiner, which packs a punch of citrus, passion fruit, and tropical fruits. In addition, we used Omega Labs Star Party Yeast, which is a thiolized yeast, which accentuates those ripe flavors and aromas.
