Appearance: Brilliantly clear gold. White frothy head with moderate retention.
Aroma: Tropical and citrus fruit
Flavor: Grainy with tropical and citrus fruit notes. Restrained bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, drying, moderate carbonation. Crisp, clean short finish.
Overall: Not sure why so many people seem to down this style. This is an excellent Japanese style rice lager. Made with Riwaka and Vic Secret hops, which complement each other and the lighter beer style. It's light bodied, drying with a short, crisp, clean dry finish. Very refreshing beer. It's a great summer beer style and you could sit and drink these all day.
