Bottle pour (dated 2023): looks like stale coffee. No head of note on pour. Nose is aggressive aging/oxidation with some dark fruit notes in there if your nose can hang around long enough to find it. (We're at 20 minutes since pouring and the nose is not dissipating.) Flavor is more of an experience on the palate, and that experience is akin to leaning way over an active fermenter at a distillery and inhaling deeply.
Now your friends have had to pull your dumb ass out of the fermenter and you're hoping you don't get kicked off this barrel pick.
Really, there's nothing redeeming here at this point.
