This sour peach saison is fermented with over 200 pounds of local peaches. Incredibly sour, a tad of vinegar, tartness galore and a dry finish. Super drinkable despite the high ABV. Great look with beautiful lacing and a clear golden color. Smells of wine and mold. Well done

Looked great but I simply couldn't drink it. It tasted like pure apple cider vinegar. I had to switch...and I do like sours!
