16 oz can poured into shaker pint
A: dirty hazy burnt orange color nice head with tiny bubbles
S: smells sweet herbal and a touch floral sone light crackery maltiness with a little bit of a rust smell
T: a little fruity almost chalky kid vitamin taste sweet very odd almost pilsner like malty finish
M: fairly light especially for a DIPA
O: taste is all over the place very odd dipa maybe it is old but there is no date the smell isn't fruity but the taste tries to be. This beer seems confused in what it is trying to be or do.

Cloudy golden with a 1-inch head that disappears quickly. Lots of orange and lemon in the nose, with some caramel malts. Not a real hoppy smell for a double IPA. Same thing in the mouth, it's dominated by the caramel malts with some orange-lemon flavors. It's bitter but not really in an enjoyable way. Both IPA I've tried from Farnham were a letdown, especially since I really loved their Scotch Ale.

This beer stood up really well, I didn't know anything about it and I was impressed. The can was super fresh.

Moderate amounts of DMS on both nose and mouth, while also slight diacetyl in flavour detracting from experience.

Can: Poured a clear amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and light resin notes is quite dominant and enjoyable. Taste is dominated by citrus oriented flavors with some resins notes and some sweet malt with a light caramel touch. Body is about average with good carbonation. Light bitterness notes were noticeable but somewhat offset by the residual sugar notes. Doesn’t break nay new ground but well brewed and quiet enjoyable.

The color is almost sport on for an IPA.
You can smell the citrus but it fade away as soon as you have the beer in your mouth.
When you see on the bottle 128IBU, if you're in the style, you can expect to feel the beer destroying your tongue. The only thing that I can feel is a little touch on the back of my tongue.
Overall, when you taste the beer, its an ok IPA but not more. I would rather buy that beer again then a lot of other IPA but, if I have the choice, I would prefer others.
