A pretty dank hoppy IPA. Not too much alcohol, and light looking. Overall a solid beer that there is nothing wrong with.

Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a one finger, slightly fizzy, white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus, dank and piney hops, orange, light pine, light mixed tropical fruit; mildly dank. Flavor is lightly caramel malt, piney, citrus and dank hops, fresh pine, citrus, tropical and stone fruit, dankness; piney and dank finish with a bright burst of fruit esters. Medium bodied with light creaminess. The can says West Coast IPA, but the the name says dank IPA; I'd lean towards the former, it has a solid malt body and classic piney and citrus flavors leaning towards pine. There is some dankness too, both in the flavor and aroma. The little burst of fruit in the finish really made this one pop for me. Quite nicely made and a good introduction to the brewery, not to mention it's a real IPA.
