Appearance: Pours like a smoothie with a guava color; no head but a wall of film lingers down the side
Smell: Tart raspberry with cake, marshmallow and vanilla tones
Taste: While there is a little fruit sweetness, the raspberry flavor here is primarily tart; underneath, there are subtle tones of cake and marshmallow; the sourness builds, after the swallow, but remains supported but the cake flavors
Mouthfeel: Thick bodied, like a smoothie
Overall: Doesn't quite capture the Baked Alaska concept for me; more like a shortcake; fun to drink, though
