On tap into a pint glass
A - Beer arrives at the table with a very thin white head that is almost non-existent. The beer itself is cloudy in appearance and golden wheat in color with light carbonation visible in the form of small bubbles rising slowly towards the surface. 3.5/5
S - Fairly complex aroma here featuring notes of orange fruit, caramel, light cereal malt, light stone fruit (peaches and pears both) and a bit of herbal hops. Possibly even a hint of grapes as well. 4/5
T - The flavor is very much like the aroma but dominated by a yeast profile of banana and clove. Orange fruit and orange peel are both present along with herbal and earthy hops and a bit of caramel but the focus is really on banana, clove, and yeast. Surprisingly yeasty for a Blonde. No lingering bitterness and really no bitterness at all for that matter. 3.5/5
M - Medium bodied but crisp with a moderate carbonation burn on the front end. Slightly dry and this dryness does linger on the palate after swallowing but not for too overly long. 3.75/5
O - Definitely not a sessionable Blonde in my opinion due to the complexity of the flavor profile and medium body. Not your typical Blonde ale as it features much more of a Belgian yeast profile and an odd earthiness, almost like peat moss, throughout the flavor profile. Well balanced between sweet and bitter. 3.5/5

Got this one on tap at Bru. A yellow-gold color, cast of haze in an otherwise fairly clear pour. Nose is moderately grained, fruity yeast esters, and a definite hop hit, suggesting floral notes. The taste follows the nose, with a mildly bitter close. Decent.
