Okay, I've had some of their other beers, but this one is NOT good. I should preface that first by saying I am not a fan of sour fruit beers for starters--but I was told this was subtle....and these guys are from Indiana. So, I gave it a shot. Medium head that holds. No lacing. Dark golden color... Smell is of malts and cherries.... The taste is confused. They're mixing their dubbel (which has no distinct Belgian yeast characteristics) with sour cherries. Wouldn't a dark cherry Quad make more sense? This one comes out super tart, and sour with very little malty character... It even lacks the good carbonation a beer like this should have. Its nearly flat. Bad one. Skip.
