Taster at brewery. Pale golden, bright, wispy head. Aroma is hay, grass, straw. Taste adds the earthy Idaho 7 notes, more of the light malts. Finishes like a pils with a crisp end.

12oz draft pour at Taxman Fortville. The beer was served cold in a snifter. The color is golden yellow with some off white head. The beer is bright and leaves plenty of lacing. The aroma is herbal, earthy and woody. The taste is pale malt enhanced with earthy & herbal hop notes and slight Belgian yeast. The bitterness is medium (59 IBU). The mouthfeel is medium bodied, adequately carbonated and dry in the finish. Overall, very good and unique take on a farmhouse IPA.
