Think apple lambic. Label lists it as "barrel fermented golden blonde ale." Bottle date was 8/22/2018. Boy I hope I can find more of this.
Pour was a light gold with plenty not carbonation and light head which faded quickly.
Aroma of apples with an undercurrent of honey.
Flavor was sour, dry and apple. Better than cider as it was not sweet in any way despite the aroma of honey. Flavor profile reminded me of a lambic but again, not sweet. Crisp and refreshing.
Fans of lambic should hunt this one down and if you find it and enjoy it, please send me another bottle of it.
