Received a 12 oz can of this special release as a gift. Pour is a medium black with a pretty generous bubbly head. Head dissipates pretty quickly leaving only very modest lacing. Aroma is dominated by raspberries. Maybe a hint of cocoa also. Not really getting much barrel on the nose.
Taste is again dominated by raspberries, but seemingly not a natural raspberry flavor. Getting an almost metallic flavor here. Slight cocoa notes.
I've had several Evasion variants I've really enjoyed, this one isn't quite up there with those, unfortunately.
