A: The beer is essentially jet black in color. It poured with a short light tan head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin collar of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of chili peppers and chocolate are present in the nose along with notes of cocoa nibs.
T: The taste has balanced flavors of chili peppers and cocoa nibs.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the taste of this stout to be very balanced between the spiciness of the chili peppers and the sweetness of the cocoa nibs.
