12oz canned 1/6/23 (10 weeks ago) poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass at fridge temp 6.5% ABV, 50 IBU per can. The beer pours slightly hazy light amber with off white head. The head recedes to a thin ring and rocky island leaving a few web of lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet malt, muted citrus and Belgian yeast. The taste is bittersweet pale malt with more vague citrus, pine and Belgian yeast. Moderate bitterness. Mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, not the best combo of hops and yeast I've tried in this series, but enjoyable. I did buy the four pack at room temp from a grocery at 10 weeks old already, so that might have played a part.
