From the source. This pours with a light chill haze. I get a grassy pine along with an expressive yeast Belgo-character. Finishes with a sharp bitter bite that I like.

12oz canned 03/24/23 (nearly 3 months ago) and reviewed straight from the can at less than fridge temp, 6% ABV 50 IBU. The aroma is mild with pine and citrus. The taste is big Centennial pine and citrus with a moderate bitterness. Hints of the yeast come through with black pepper and mild funk. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, very good Belgian (farmhouse per Taxman) IPA.
