I’m a huge Hip fan, so buying this beer was a complete no-brainer. It’s been out for a while so I realize this is not the freshest bottle possible. Overall, amazing concept, OK beer. Courage, my word.

Appearance - Pours a warm copper with three fingers of foamy off white head.
Smell - bready malts, leafy, floral and earthy hops, caramel, orange, and earthy yeast.
Taste - Bready malts followed by the leafy, floral and earthy hops. The brew is finished by the caramel, orange, and earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes with off dry with both the malts and hops lingering.
Overall - A tasty and touching tribute beer from Boxing Rock and Garrison. I like that the malts and the hops compliment one another with the hops just taking a slight edge over the malts. Worth seeking out.

Clear amber with a long-lasting, soapy head. Citrus hop nose like an IPA. Medium wheaty body with a significant hop finish. Smooth mouthfeel.
