A bright, crisp and refreshing pale ale reminiscent of a South Shore summer’s day. Made with citrus zest and green tea to complement a floral and fruity hop blend. Hunky Dory is a favourite among discerning women and confident men.

This is, in my opinion a little more English in style and very well done for this style with just the right amout of BNA acting out here. Great body and malt balance, very enjoyable closer to room temperature where the hops really come out to play!

Briliantly clear pale amber with frothy white head and excellent lacing. Aroma floral herbal with just a hint of citrus. Bready malts well balanced with hop bitterness. This is a beer that does not overwhelm but has lots of different notes.

Good head with lacing. Floral nose, not sure if the citrus zest & green tea extract blend well into the beer. Pleasantly bitter finish.

Overall, a decent pale ale, but it drinks a little one-note. Light malt profile followed by non-descript bittering hops. Nice body and easy drinking.
