Light, clean, hoppy, and refreshing. Our sessionable IPA will lure you in with an incredible citrus, floral, piney aroma while the delicate malt profile dances briefly on the palate before moving to a dry, bitter, grapefruit ending. Not too hoppy, not too malty.

better than its ratings i think, and an absolutely perfect companion to some buffalo wings. a beer that has great balance and freshness and finishing hops, even if its not the most unique recipe in the world, they dont all have to in order to be appealing. some may find this a little old school, you know, clearish and all, with some copper hue to it and obviously a slightly richer and fuller malt complexion, but the hops are bold in this, and the deeper grain base doesnt get in the way of it drinking like ipa at all, especially with the long drawn out bitter orangey hop finish, i think the trajectory of the flavor here is fantastic. the hops love the spice of the wings, the grain sweetness is nice against the salt, and even the textures line up, high carbonation from the tap here to wash the grease clean from the palate on each sip. i would venture some mosaic and some centennial on this, the best of both worlds as far as the two are concerned, but if its not them, its some combination of high alpha piney bitter and more aromatic tropical hops, nicely assembled. bigger body here is nice with the wings too, and i end up drinking the pint real quick and frothing for another one. more than solid local ipa here.

L: Copper gold color with no head or no lacing

S: Very earthy, Piney hops, very little malt.

T: Earthy hops, not overly bitter, malt backbone to balance it out.

F: Light body, medium carbonation

O: This is more of a pale ale than an IPA.

12 oz can. Pours hazy dark golden orange with a huge rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.

The aroma is subdued - sweet bready malts and fruit.

The flavor is sweet bready malt and fruity piney resiny hops. The mouthfeel is light and is pretty watery.

Overall, like the hops, but it's watery.
