Look: Dark brown/black color with a minimal white head that doesn't stick around too long.
Smell: Strong smell of peppermint with a little bit of roasty malt. Very little aroma of pepper. The peppermint aroma is very overpowering. Slight plasticy smell near the end.
Taste: Lots of peppermint, a little bit of roasted malt. The pepper taste comes in at the end and has a little heat. Overall, all the flavors don't quite come together.
Feel: Light carbonation, mouth feel feels a little thin for a porter.
Overall: This beer has a lot of different flavors going on and they don't all quite come together. Worth a try once, but wouldn't probably have it again.
