Absolutely exquisite hoppy floral nose, malt bill, style adherence, dry, rich, biscuity minerality, and perfumey clean
Finish. Tiny whistle of booziness in a pilsy way on the outro. An absolute masterpiece of a colorado lager offering. Thank you!!!!

Had on tap at the brewery

On arrival at the bar a nice fine white 1 finger head was present in the mini stein "largest available pour". Some nice fine carbonation is present, not theist active for the style.

Aroma is light and very grainy with an immediate hot of moderate sweetness. Some crakcery almost pilsneralt is present, but covered by a bit of corny notes. Possibly adjunct? Very clean however. Some light earthy bittering hops are present on the very very back of the aroma. Not bad for a craft version of the style.

Taste is lighter than the aroma would suggest with a fully fermented lager taste but it stays very clean. Some bitterness follows the immediate crisp lightly grainy flavor, then is quickly get very low key with a lingering corny but malty note on the aftertaste. High quality.

Feel is highly carbonated and overall pretty dry. Very refreshing and clean and super easy to drink with a definite beer flavor but a verging on "velvety seltzer" mouthfeel that concludes with an overall dry feel with some light malty mouthcoating. Fast to medium finish.

Overall this is a super clean and high quality light lager. That's all it is trying to be. Sometimes it's hard to find a good light lager that isn't trying to be clearly crafty to the untrained palate (eg. Hoppy, yeasty, or just too heavy and corny). It's super clean, and light, shotgunnable if it was in a can (which is available) and very tasty and refreshing. Literally nothing off, but it is a light lager.
