I tried this beer at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a slightly greenish golden with no head and no lace. The scent had lime fruit tart sour notes. The taste was sour leaning with a tart lime fruit start then turned spicy. The mouthefeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good sour beer....but 4oz was plenty for me.

Served in an imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours a brilliant golden color. It is topped with a mountain of beige head that leaves little lacing as it recedes.
It has a lime aroma and is tart. I get hints of tequila.
The taste is lime and there is a surprising amount of tequila flavor compared to the smell. The tequila seems to build as I drink.
Fairly thin bodied with a dry mouthfeel
This is an interesting and quality beverage. The aroma doesn't do the flavor justice. There are no overwhelming flavors, but they are distinct, and the dry finish leaves me wanting another sip.
