A: Dark reddish color with golden and orange hues. Small head of white foam dissipated quickly. Nice lacing inside the glass and lower carbonation.
S: Very floral aroma gave way to weak hops and malt. A marked grain scent seemed to be laced with everything.
T: Rather light and mild, this brew offered little hops or malt, with a more obvious oats and grape-nut like flavor. Somewhat dry notes of earthy toward the finish.
M: Semi-dry and flat. The lack of carbonation here really takes away from what this beer could be.
D: Fair. I've had better, but again I give props to Bonfire for making the attempt at the style.
