Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino “Trepponti”
33 cl brown glass bottle coded “da consumarsi preferibilimente entro: 31/10/20 Lotto no. 136/19”
Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a “Blanche al farro”. It’s got the typical witbier appearance with a very hazy golden orange body beneath a short head of white. Unfortunately the head retention and lacing seem a bit limited on this one, which is weird because the IPA I just had from them was great. The aroma is a little limited as well but not unlike so many others. The wheat is clear, there’s a little bit of a Belgian yeast character with some banana and apple-like fruitiness, and some coriander and other spiciness.
